Our selection process

If selected among the applicants, you will received an Email from our Talent Acquisition team with the details for a first video-conference with the hiring leader.
Prior to the call, you would need to complete an on-line general reasoning test.
You will be asked to provide copies of all relevant education and certification documents as well as personal and professional references.
If invited to continue the hiring process, You will be asked to prepare a brief business case based on a real life scenario.
You would be invited to present your case and role play according to specific instructions.
After your presentation, there will be an in-depth interview to get more insight on your capabilities, values and decision making process.
Upon verification of all relevant education documents, certification and references, you will be given an offer of employment with all the specific details about compensation, location, benefits, etc.
You would have time to review and get clarifications as needed.
If an agreement is reached, Congratulations! You will be given specific instructions to start your on-boarding process.
